Preparation
KEEP BISCUITS FROZEN UNTIL READY TO BAKE Preheat oven to 375 degrees F(Convection), or 400 degrees F (Conventional) Use ungreased baking pan. Biscuits must be touching side to side as this helps for higher, symmetrical rising. If your preference is to have a wider biscuit, asymmetrical biscuit, leave a 1/2-1" gap, between biscuits. Convection Oven: 17-18 minutes Conventional Oven: approximately 18 minutes Bake until golden brown, achieving a bake out internal temperature of 195 degrees. Oven times may vary. Optional: Brush tops with butter or margarine several minutes before removing from oven.
