Preparation
KEEP BISCUITS FROZEN UNTIL READY TO BAKE Preheat oven to 350 degrees F(Convection), or 400 degrees F (Conventional) Use ungreased baking pan. Biscuits must be touching side to side as this helps for higher, symmetrical rising. If your preference is to have a wider biscuit, asymmetrical biscuit, leave a 1/2"-1" gap, between biscuits. Convection Oven: approximately 13 minutes, Conventional Oven: approximately 15 minutes. Bake until golden brown, achieving a bake out internal temperature of 195 degrees. Oven times may vary. Optional: Brush tops with butter or margarine several minutes before removing from oven.
