Proof in Cooler Method: 1)Place frozen dough pieces on lined or greased sheet pan 1-1.5 inches apart (5 X 8 or 5 X 9) approximately 40-45 pieces. For cluster effect, place pieces closer together. 2) Brush tops of frozen dough with melted margarine. 3) Place on covered rack and thaw in cooler overnight. 4) Bake in preheated convection oven 325 degrees for 14-16 minutes, conventional oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, depending on individual oven. Floor Proof Method: 1) Place frozen dough pieces on lined or greased sheet pan 1-1.5 inches apart (5 X 8 or 5 X 9) approximately 40-45 pieces.
